Shynar Sarsembayeva
Shynar Sarsembayeva is the Founder and CEO of Happy Travel, with more than 19 years of experience in the travel industry. Over the years, she has built Happy Travel into an established travel company in Kazakhstan, developing strong expertise in international travel, premium service, and long-term partnerships with travel companies and hospitality brands around the world.
After many years of sending Kazakhstani travellers to destinations across the globe, Shynar decided to turn her experience in a new direction — bringing international travellers to Kazakhstan. This vision led to the creation of Happy DMC Kazakhstan, a destination management company focused on tailor-made, luxury and authentic journeys across the country.
For Shynar, Kazakhstan is much more than a destination. It is a land of extraordinary nature, deep-rooted nomadic traditions, warm hospitality and experiences that are still largely undiscovered by international travellers.
Her vision is to introduce Kazakhstan to the global luxury travel community through meaningful journeys that combine nature, culture, wellness and genuine human connection.
